BEYOND is a premium real estate brand launched in 2024 under the OMNIYAT Group — the Dubai developer behind One Palm, The Lana and the ORLA and AVA residences on Palm Jumeirah. BEYOND applies that design and delivery standard to larger, community-scale projects rather than single trophy towers.
