This Privacy Policy explains how Rich Property Real Estate Brokerages LLC (“Rich Property”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a real estate brokerage licensed and regulated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit richproperty.ae, our sub-domain landing pages, or interact with us by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or in person.
By using our website or services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is issued in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”), applicable Dubai Emirate regulations, and, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identity data — full name, nationality, passport / Emirates ID number (only where required for a transaction), date of birth.
- Contact data — e-mail address, mobile / WhatsApp number, mailing address, preferred language.
- Enquiry data — the property, project or area you enquired about, budget range, financing intention, timing, viewing preferences and any message you send us.
- Transaction data — details of any offer submitted, MOU / Form F, payment plan, source of funds documentation (KYC) required by DLD, RERA and UAE Central Bank AML rules.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, click-through data, and approximate geolocation (city-level).
- Marketing preferences — your consent to receive newsletters, WhatsApp broadcasts, new-launch alerts or investor updates.
2. How We Collect Your Information
- Directly from you when you complete a contact / enquiry / valuation form, sign an MOU, register an interest, book a viewing, or communicate with us by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or in person.
- Automatically via cookies and similar tracking technologies when you use our website (see Section 7 below).
- From property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) when a lead is passed to us.
- From developers, banks, DLD trustee offices and other counterparties when required to complete a transaction you have instructed us to progress.
- From publicly available sources such as the Dubai REST app, DLD permit registers and company registrars for due-diligence purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and match you with suitable properties or off-plan projects.
- To arrange viewings and coordinate with developers, sellers, landlords and banks on your behalf.
- To carry out anti-money-laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and sanctions checks required by the Dubai Land Department, RERA and the UAE Central Bank.
- To prepare and process Form F (MOU), Oqood registration, NOCs, transfer instructions and title deeds.
- To send transactional communications about your enquiry, viewing or transaction.
- To send marketing communications (only where you have consented) about new launches, market updates and investment opportunities. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp / SMS, unsubscribing in any e-mail, or e-mailing invest@richproperty.ae.
- To operate, secure, improve and analyse our website and services.
- To comply with applicable UAE laws, regulations and lawful orders from competent authorities.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the UAE PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Your consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies.
- Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract — for handling your property enquiry or transaction.
- Legal obligation — for AML/KYC, tax and record-keeping duties under UAE law.
- Legitimate interest — to secure our website, prevent fraud, and improve our services, provided your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who need it to progress your enquiry or to meet a legal obligation, including:
- Developers, sellers, landlords or their authorised representatives where you have asked us to submit an offer, book a viewing, or issue a No-Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Dubai Land Department, RERA and DLD-registered trustee offices for transfer, Oqood, Ejari and title-deed processes.
- Banks and mortgage brokers where you request finance pre-approval or a valuation.
- Government and regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law (e.g. UAE Central Bank AML reporting).
- Trusted third-party service providers who host our website, provide e-mail / CRM / analytics services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel), payment processors, cloud storage, and IT security, all under written confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisers — lawyers, auditors and insurers — strictly on a need-to-know basis.
6. International Transfers
Some of our service providers process data on servers outside the UAE. Where we transfer personal data across borders we ensure it is protected by (a) transfer to a jurisdiction the UAE deems to have an adequate level of protection, or (b) contractual safeguards imposing standards equivalent to the PDPL, or (c) your explicit consent.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep the site secure and functional (essential cookies).
- Remember your preferences (e.g. currency, language).
- Measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it — Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel.
- Deliver relevant advertising on Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok and other platforms.

8. Data Retention

- General enquiry data — up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Transaction, AML / KYC and accounting records — at least 5 years after the end of the transaction, as required by UAE Central Bank AML rules and the UAE Federal Tax Authority.
- Marketing consent records — while your consent remains valid.
When retention periods end we securely delete or anonymise the data.
9. Your Rights
Subject to UAE PDPL requirements you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Restrict or object to certain processing (e.g. marketing).
- Withdraw any consent you have given us, at any time.
- Request the transfer of your data to another controller (data portability).
- Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe we have not complied with the PDPL.

10. Data Security
We maintain technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, secure backups, role-based access to our CRM, staff confidentiality obligations, and regular vulnerability scanning. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. developers, DLD, portals). Once you click a link and leave our site, this Policy no longer applies and we are not responsible for how those third parties handle your data.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology or our business. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version came into force. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
