Tower 1 holds 145 hotel keys and 49 residences from two to five bedrooms. Tower 2 holds 42 residences of three and four bedrooms.

H&H place 145 hotel keys in Tower 1 alongside its 49 residences, so the building runs with a full hotel operation in it. H&H do not name the hotel operator on their project page, so we will confirm that with them in writing rather than assume it.

H&H Development has not published a price list or unit sizes for Baccarat Hotel & Residences. Note also that some listing sites quote a Q4 2026 handover; H&H’s own page states 2027, which is the figure we use.
