Dubai has officially launched a 5-year multiple-entry visit visa open to all nationalities — and you no longer need a sponsor or host to get it. Announced by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA) on 15 July 2026, this is one of the biggest changes to UAE tourist visas in years, and it is already seeing strong demand from frequent visitors, business travellers and property investors.

Dubai 5-Year Visa Cost (Official GDRFA Fees)
The total official cost is AED 3,713.50, which includes a refundable AED 3,000 guarantee deposit, plus application, issuance and service fees.

- A recent personal photograph
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- A six-month bank statement showing a balance of at least USD 4,000
- Valid health insurance
- A round-trip air ticket
