Dubai Developers in Moscow: Autumn 2026 Property Shows
Where to meet Dubai developers in Moscow this autumn: the property show on 13-14 November 2026 at Tishinka, free entry, what to ask at the stands, and how buyers abroad purchase in Dubai.
Dubai Developers in Moscow: Autumn 2026 Property Shows
Russian–speaking buyers have been among the most active groups in Dubai real estate for several years, and a large share of those decisions still begin face to face — at an exhibition in Moscow, talking to someone who can answer questions in Russian before a single document is signed.
Two overseas property exhibitions are scheduled in Moscow in autumn 2026, both at the same venue. Below are the confirmed details, what these shows are actually useful for, and — more importantly — how the purchase process works in Dubai once you get past the exhibition stand.
Moscow International Property Show — confirmed details
- Edition: 46th Moscow International Property Show
- Dates: 13–14 November 2026
- Venue: Tishinka Shopping and Entertainment Complex, Tishinskaya Square 1, central Moscow
- Hours: 13 November 12:00–19:00 · 14 November 11:00–19:00
- Entry: free, with e–ticket registration
- Scale: property from 30 countries, around 60 exhibitors, more than 3,500 buyers and investors across the two days
- Programme: professional seminars for both private buyers and experienced investors
- Organiser contact: +7 495 777–25–77
The Second Show: October 2026
A second exhibition, the Moscow Overseas Property and Investment Show, is listed for 9–10 October 2026 at the same Tishinka venue, reported as its 37th edition with property from around 20 countries.
One caveat worth stating plainly: we could not reach that organiser’s own website to verify those details directly, so the October dates come from event listings rather than the organiser. Confirm them before booking travel. The November show details above are taken from the organiser’s own site.
Will Dubai Developers Actually Be There?
This is the question that matters, and we are going to answer it honestly rather than assume.
The November organiser states that property from 30 countries is exhibited, but the official page does not specifically confirm which developers or which countries will attend this particular edition. UAE property is a mainstay of these exhibitions and Dubai stands are typically well represented, but a list of confirmed exhibitors is not published in advance in a form we can verify.
The practical approach: register free, then contact the organiser a week or two beforehand and ask directly which UAE developers and agencies are confirmed. If your interest is specifically Dubai, that one phone call decides whether the trip is worth it.
How to Use a Property Show Properly
Exhibition stands are sales environments. Used well, they save you months. Used badly, they produce a reservation on a unit you have not researched.
Questions worth asking at every stand
- Is this developer registered with the Dubai Land Department, and is the project registered with an escrow account?
- What is the service charge per square foot, and what is the actual figure being charged in the developer’s completed buildings?
- What is the real handover date, and what happens contractually if it slips?
- Is the price quoted the price, or are DLD fees, admin fees and furniture packages additional?
- Can I see recorded transaction prices for comparable units rather than the developer’s price list?
What not to do
- Do not pay a reservation fee on the day because a discount “expires tonight”
- Do not rely on a rendering — ask whether the building is complete and can be viewed
- Do not accept a projected rental yield as a commitment. No one can guarantee a return
How Buying in Dubai Actually Works
Whether you meet a seller in Moscow or online, the mechanics in Dubai are the same for every foreign buyer.
- Freehold ownership: in designated freehold areas any nationality can own outright, resell and pass property to heirs — see our guide to Dubai freehold areas
- Transfer costs: DLD transfer fee of 4% plus admin, a trustee office fee, and agency commission of 2% plus VAT. Budget roughly 6–10% all in
- Off–plan protection: payments go into a DLD–supervised escrow account under Law No. 8 of 2007 and are released against verified construction progress
- Golden Visa: a purchase of AED 2 million or more qualifies the owner for the 10–year UAE residence visa
- Mortgages: where financing is used, expat caps apply — up to 80% loan–to–value below AED 5 million, 70% above. Many overseas purchases are cash
- Payments and transfers: arrangements for international transfers vary by bank and by buyer. Confirm the route with your own bank and with the developer’s escrow account details in writing before committing to a payment schedule. Never send funds to a personal account

Off-Plan or Ready?
Exhibitions overwhelmingly sell off–plan, because that is what developers bring. It is not automatically the better choice.
Off–plan gives you a lower entry price and a staged payment plan. Ready property gives you certainty — you inspect the actual unit, the actual view and the actual building, and you can rent it from day one. Our comparison of off–plan versus ready property sets out the trade–off with real figures.
Considering Dubai from Moscow or elsewhere abroad?
Rich Property is a RERA–registered brokerage based in The Opus Tower, Business Bay. We work with overseas buyers routinely: we will check a developer’s registration and escrow status, pull the recorded transaction history for the specific building you are considering, tell you the real service charge, and arrange viewings when you visit. If you saw a project at an exhibition and want an independent second opinion before you commit, that is exactly the call to make.

The 46th Moscow International Property Show is scheduled for 13–14 November 2026 at the Tishinka complex, Tishinskaya Square 1. A second show, the Moscow Overseas Property and Investment Show, is listed for 9–10 October 2026 at the same venue, though those dates come from event listings rather than the organiser directly.
Is entry free?
Yes, entry to the November show is free with e–ticket registration according to the organiser.
Will Dubai property be exhibited?
The organiser states property from 30 countries is presented, and UAE property is typically well represented at these exhibitions, but the specific exhibitor list for this edition is not published in a verifiable form. A purchase of AED 2 million or more qualifies for the 10–year Golden Visa. Smaller purchases may qualify for shorter investor visas depending on current rules.
How much are the total costs on top of the price?
Budget roughly 6–10% of the purchase price for DLD transfer fees, trustee and admin fees, and agency commission.
