Arabian Ranches 1 is a gated, Arabian-themed villa community in Dubai, developed by Emaar Properties. Emaar describes the community as covering over 6.5 million square metres, which is more than 650 hectares or about 1,600 acres, with more than 4,000 villas and townhouses of one to five bedrooms.
The homes sit in gated sub-communities, among them Alvorada, Saheel, Palmera, Mirador, Al Mahra, Al Reem, Terra Nova and Hattan, with larger homes in Polo Homes, Golf Homes, La Avenida and Mirador La Coleccion. Each sub-community has its own pool, children's play area, park and tennis and basketball courts. The community also holds an 18-hole championship golf course, the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club with two polo fields, two large lakes and landscaped walking paths.

Next door, The Ranches Souk in Arabian Ranches 2 adds more than 35 retail, dining and leisure outlets over two floors and a lifestyle club with a pool, gym and tennis courts. Tenants change, so confirm current outlets and opening hours with each business.
