The Dubai Land Department registers Al Barari inside the larger "Wadi Al Safa 3" area, so this page also covers the newer developments launched around it, which currently produce most of the sales: projects such as The Wilds, Taormina Village, Rome by SD, Art House and Opal Gardens. Al Barari itself, Zaya's low-density villa community built around botanical gardens, with its large original villas, the smaller Nest villas and apartment buildings such as Ashjar and Seventh Heaven, adds only a few, highly individual villa sales. Use the project column to separate the two: the surrounding launches set the volume and the medians, while Al Barari villas should be compared transaction by transaction.
