How to Buy in Jumeirah as a Foreign Buyer
- Check the ownership zone. Freehold in La Mer South, Pearl Jumeirah and Jumeira Bay. Freehold means the title deed is issued in your own name by the Dubai Land Department, with no residency required to buy.
- Verify the listing. Every Rich Property listing shows its DLD Trakheesi permit number and QR code; check it on the Dubai REST app before you view.
- Agree terms and sign Form F (the DLD memorandum of understanding), normally with a 10% deposit.

Only in the designated freehold pockets: La Mer South and Jumeirah Asora Bay, Pearl Jumeirah and Jumeira Bay island. The older Jumeirah 1–3 villa streets are generally reserved for UAE and GCC nationals.
